I like to shop with you guys as this is the only place I can find suits for my husband for a reasonable price. However I HATE navigating this app. Every time I do a search for mens suits I get like two results but if I just search suits I get more but also I get a TON OF WOMENS BATHING SUITS and other non related items. Plus, every time I look at an item and then go back my search results are all jumbled and I have to start over at the top and try to remember what Ive already looked at. Your app is a pain and I only use it when absolutely necessary. Do something about this search business and Ill raise my rating. But for now I cant even give it the rating I want to - zero stars.

I used to love no more rack but now that its Choxi, I HATE it!!! Used to when I ordered I got my product and if I had problems they fixed it and gave me a store credit for the inconvenience. Now, I placed an order, never got it nor did I get an email saying any reason why it was taking so long or any explanation. I contact them and a few days later they said the company could NOT fill my order!!! Why was I not notified earlier? I got a automated message and when I ask questions, like if they cant fill my order, then why is it STILL available to purchase on the website? I get another automated email stating the same exact thing as the previous email with NO answers to my questions! Then I just get ignored. Do NOT buy from them! They will keep your money in hopes you just forget about your order!

After my frustration level reached its peak, I had to write a review. And just as others have commented on failed delivery of goods and poor customer service, I am doing the same. Order placed and payment made to Choxi, but no communication from them or updates as to where my order is or when it may arrive. I do not recommend this company.

Every time I try to launch the App it crashes and only gives me a blank screen. Why did nomorerack change to Choxi? Please come back nomorerack. Nobody likes Choxi.

I bought polo shoes for choxi & it took a really long time to come in & also they were fake not ! Not real like what they said on the web ! And Im also getting charged for sending them back !!! Worst company ever !!!!

Changing from NMR to Choxi, cool no prob. But if youre gonna undergo a major refacing fix the bugs ! Stop making me go back to the top when im like 200 products in ! Pages would be convenient instead of the continuously refreshing list. And it wouldnt hurt to add customer reviews. This app and company means well but it needs A LOT of changes. Make the UI as great as the deals and itll be something great.

I loved no more rack and now Choxi is just ok. Right now it just started crashing every time - so annoying! And it doesnt let you track ur package thru the app or give you estimated delivery. Theres no credits and I had 15 different emailed saying I had free shipping for the next 3 hours, I ordered something, and theres nowhere to enter a code nor did it come up. Paid for shipping anyway. Dumb.

I miss nomorerack!! App is not easy or timely to use. Horrible sort and does not go back to sort when looking at specifics for items. Descriptions leave many questions and do not provide half as much information as they did with nomorerack. I get email discount codes that I cant use because there is some other code automatically loaded on the app and there is no way to remove a discount code. App does not go to checkout without crashing. I had a much easier time using nomorerack.

"Choxi" use to be NoMoreRack.com. When I purchased 2 iPhone 4s from there. One iPhone barely worked for 3 months and the screen goes out no drops, no cracks, no water damage, NOTHING. The other iPhone I received could NEVER connect to wifi. To this day still does not connect to wifi. I would defiantly return them both if I could. Would never buy from them ever again.

I have tried several times to get a replacement or refund for a Christmas present that arrived open, used, and broken. I was told I ordered it too early for their holiday return policy after I had been told it would be replaced. "Debby" sends incredibly rude and indecently useless emails that do not answer the inquiry sent. Dont order the price (which wasnt cheap for what I ordered) is not worth the headache. Especially aggravating since they are still advertising the product, so a replacement is in stock; and this was a specific Christmas present. Thanks Santa!

Every time I search something .. No matter what it is it says no product found . All I can do is look @ " Todays Deals " .

Cannot search ANYTHING!! Not by category or by typing something in. Also currently cannot even sign in! It seems like every time you "update" this app you cause more problem! This isnt the first time its happened! I absolutely LOVE shopping @choxi and Ive had only great customer service. However this app situation seriously needs work! Its super frustrating!

Cant even login with the app anymore. Company spams you with emails once you sign up for an account.

Login wont fit onto the cell phone screen. Blown up too big and wont shrink or move.

Cant even login to purchase. The image takes over the screen & cant navigate to it. Useless app

I gave you a star because I love your store, however I can no longer use the app. When I try to log on the screen blows up and you cant do anything! Please, please, PLEASE fix your app! I miss shopping!

Cannot login. Screen is zoomed in to the point you cannot navigate. Works fine when this is fixed.

Ive shopped on this site a lot! The app now opens up to a white screen and nothing else

When Im open it. I cant see a picture of what Im buying. All I get is tabs and I cant click on it. And when I do. I dont know what it looks like. I like the old version better.
