The app is fine. Its not spectacular, but its not junk, either. My problem is with the actual service. When I ordered off the NMR website, things were good. I got my order in two weeks and was happy with the products. It took a while for me to order off the Choxi app. I must say, Im less than impressed. The app states orders take 10-14 days. After not receiving my order after 3 weeks, I inquired about the order. Customer service replied promptly, stating that orders normally take 2-3 weeks, (different from what the app says). After four weeks, I asked about my order again. I was given basically the same song and dance, with an apology that my experience isnt what I expected when placing my order. I placed my order April 9th, and I have yet to receive an email detailing any tracking info. Probably a safe bet to steer clear of this one.
Now it just doesnt work. For the longest time, all I get when I open it is a blank white screen.
Run away from this app or website, I ordered an item about a month ago and I havent received it yet, I contacted costumer service, And they told me that it will take about 3 or 4 weeks for shipping my purchase, this app used to be nomorerack before, I use to order @ lot of stuff from it without any problem, Since they switch to this one it Has became very unreliable, I wont ever order anything else again, I cant wait to get my item to delete this app
I used to like this place. I used it when it was no more rack and they were actually a good company. Ever since the beginning of 2016, Choxi has gone downhill. I bought items that still have not been processed or shipped 2 weeks later. The money has been deducted from my account though! Ive emailed 2x, messaged on Facebook, and tried calling numerous times. Ive never received a response from any messages. Whenever you call the customer service number, they are ALWAYS closed. I never used to have a problem, but now Im making sure to tell anyone and everyone to stop using this service. I now have to go to my bank and file this as fraud. Save yourself the headache. The deal isnt that good because you more than likely will not receive whatever item you purchase. This needs to be removed from the App Store and taken down online.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE..... I used to make purchases and was a great company when it was called "No More Rack". Made quite a few purchases until "Choxi" came along. I made purchases before and know when items have a delay but waiting for over 3 months for a simple flashlight and with no real customer service has brought this to a shame. Ive requested a FULL refund to my credit card as I no longer will make any purchases on there site. I get an email today that they have given me a "store" credit. They do not listen and they didnt even give me the correct amount as a "store" credit. Ive been emailing them for a these months and have record of their response time which is horrible. I hope Apple apply pressure to have and maintain a good rapport with customers as without them, they will have no business.
