Choxi App Reviews

The app is fine. Its not spectacular, but its not junk, either. My problem is with the actual service. When I ordered off the NMR website, things were good. I got my order in two weeks and was happy with the products. It took a while for me to order off the Choxi app. I must say, Im less than impressed. The app states orders take 10-14 days. After not receiving my order after 3 weeks, I inquired about the order. Customer service replied promptly, stating that orders normally take 2-3 weeks, (different from what the app says). After four weeks, I asked about my order again. I was given basically the same song and dance, with an apology that my experience isnt what I expected when placing my order. I placed my order April 9th, and I have yet to receive an email detailing any tracking info. Probably a safe bet to steer clear of this one.

Now it just doesnt work. For the longest time, all I get when I open it is a blank white screen.

Run away from this app or website, I ordered an item about a month ago and I havent received it yet, I contacted costumer service, And they told me that it will take about 3 or 4 weeks for shipping my purchase, this app used to be nomorerack before, I use to order @ lot of stuff from it without any problem, Since they switch to this one it Has became very unreliable, I wont ever order anything else again, I cant wait to get my item to delete this app

I used to like this place. I used it when it was no more rack and they were actually a good company. Ever since the beginning of 2016, choxi has gone downhill. I bought items that still have not been processed or shipped 2 weeks later. The money has been deducted from my account though! Ive emailed 2x, messaged on Facebook, and tried calling numerous times. Ive never received a response from any messages. Whenever you call the customer service number, they are ALWAYS closed. I never used to have a problem, but now Im making sure to tell anyone and everyone to stop using this service. I now have to go to my bank and file this as fraud. Save yourself the headache. The deal isnt that good because you more than likely will not receive whatever item you purchase. This needs to be removed from the App Store and taken down online.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE..... I used to make purchases and was a great company when it was called "No More Rack". Made quite a few purchases until "Choxi" came along. I made purchases before and know when items have a delay but waiting for over 3 months for a simple flashlight and with no real customer service has brought this to a shame. Ive requested a FULL refund to my credit card as I no longer will make any purchases on there site. I get an email today that they have given me a "store" credit. They do not listen and they didnt even give me the correct amount as a "store" credit. Ive been emailing them for a these months and have record of their response time which is horrible. I hope Apple apply pressure to have and maintain a good rapport with customers as without them, they will have no business.

I definitely love using Choxi to find great deals, but for the past week or so, I havent been able to access any products through the app. All that pops up is a white screen. Please fix this ASAP!!

I cant get past how poorly managed this company is. They can NOT consistently fill basic orders. Its so bad that Ive ended up with over $150 in store credit due to inability to fill past orders. Now Im having trouble with the Choxi being able to fill all orders. I used to LOVE this site. Now Its my least favorite online shopping company of all time.

Trying to reach... owe me money or merchandise. Cannot seem to learn a thing.

FYI choxi has been shut down. After a very long time of shady dealings. Not paying vendors or providing customer products and refunds, they are no more. Theyre site and Facebook page is gone and the app is no longer functional. You may as well delete the app. If you havent received your products or refunds I doubt youll see either unless you get a lawyer.

This app does not work. Unable to open it. The site seem to be down for months.

I use to shop here a lot. Now there is no content. Just an orange opening screen and thats it. If they are closing, at least say something.

Good as no more rack. Crashes and wont open on iPad!

The last email I received from Choxi was Oct. 23, 2016. Website and app only produce a white screen. Too bad. I enjoyed this site. I havent ordered from them in months...looks like Choxi had major problems after No More Rack (a fun and inexpensive site!) Will check/use Wish.

Used to love this site.. Doesnt work anymore.. Just crashes.. Please fix!!

The app freezes before it even loads and crashes. Worst app ever.

They have been shut down... fraudulent website. DO NOT ORDER

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!! After months of not receiving my order, finally getting a customer service rep to respond to my numerous emails requesting a refund... I received a $5 refund into my account and a credit for the rest of my money for a company that has magically disappeared. ~Pissed

Purchase items 7/23/2016 Still havent received them and now website is no more and no refund was given. Ive purchased many times from here when it was nomorerack and choxi but its not right to take off with peoples money.

This is the worst of the worst, so- called stores that has only inventory of junks, malfunctioning gadgets , electronics and non-operating equipments. Anything you buy will either be a cheap, bad replica of what the real deal should be but isnt ... cause its on Choxi.

Love the site and this app is almost identical to it.
