Horrible rude customer service

I have tried several times to get a replacement or refund for a Christmas present that arrived open, used, and broken. I was told I ordered it too early for their holiday return policy after I had been told it would be replaced. "Debby" sends incredibly rude and indecently useless emails that do not answer the inquiry sent. Dont order the price (which wasnt cheap for what I ordered) is not worth the headache. Especially aggravating since they are still advertising the product, so a replacement is in stock; and this was a specific Christmas present. Thanks Santa!
