Worst App & Customer Support

I have to agree with all the one star ratings from everyone. This was not just a rebranding nightmare but it was a major epic fail on the re-engineering of the app.

1. UI is not at all user-friendly.
2. Search engine is not functional.
3. Why in the heck would you program this app to take you back to the home screen every time the back button is clicked! This makes for a very frustrating shopping experience and THE biggest reason I havent made a purchase.
4. This wasnt an option with NMR but it is a feature that a lot of online stores offer and that is a WISH LIST!
5. I contacted support TWICE with the above complaints but their nonchalant attitude was very disappointing. It seems as if they are completely ignoring their customers. I am curious as to how their sales have been since the change?!

Very, very disappointed!
